Responsibilities

Build transferable skills in analytics, communication, and project management that set you up for success in any business career
Work alongside experienced leaders and build a network across multiple operating companies and business functions
Contribute to the creation and management of sales playbooks, guides, and best practices
Assist in developing, updating, and organizing sales resources
Regularly review sales analytics to communicate the status of growth initiatives and provide recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders clearly and effectively
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify key areas for improvement
Support the onboarding process for new sales representatives by coordinating training sessions and distributing resources
Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement
Complete a summer capstone project presenting to Sonepar leaders on key value driving activities and projects you worked on during your internship

Required

Rising Junior/Senior currently enrolled at a 4-year university majoring in Business, Marketing, or a related field
GPA: 3.2 or higher
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, demonstrated through group projects or extracurricular activities
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Curiosity, adaptability and a drive to learn and grow
