Aircraft Mechanic Supervisor 12 / FSB / SOD / Aviation Maintenance Sub-Unit

Responsibilities
Overseeing, coordinating, and directing aircraft maintenance activities to ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and company standards
Providing technical leadership and supervision to aircraft mechanics and support personnel, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed on schedule while maintaining aircraft safety, reliability, and airworthiness
Planning and assigning work, monitoring maintenance progress, enforcing safety and quality standards, and serving as a key point of contact between maintenance teams, management, and other operational departments
Supporting training and development of personnel, assisting with troubleshooting and problem resolution, and ensuring proper documentation and recordkeeping in accordance with FAA and organizational requirements
Qualification
Required
Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school
Six years of experience as a licensed aircraft mechanic
FAA Airframe and power plant license in accordance with FAR 65-65.77-65.71
