Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions tailored for healthcare applications
Work closely with clinicians and technical teams to transform business needs into actionable data insights
Create predictive models using advanced statistical and data mining techniques
Design and execute experiments for model validation and optimization
Lead large-scale analytics projects and provide expert guidance to teams
Communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
Oversee data management, extraction, and analysis processes
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Health Science, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in data science, AI, or machine learning
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
Strong understanding of healthcare data and Epic EHR data structures
Excellent communication and project management skills
Proven track record of delivering insights from large datasets
Preferred
PhD in a relevant field with additional data science experience

Expertise in Epic data mapping and transformation
Epic certification or experience with approved implementers
