General Imaging Ultrasound Segment Leader, KOL Development

The Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and managing strategic relationships with influential clinical experts in the field of General Imaging Ultrasound to drive market adoption and accelerate sales growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive KOL strategy to support commercial objectives, including product launches, clinical validation, and market expansion
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to leverage KOL relationships in driving product awareness, differentiation, and preference among key customer segments
Facilitate KOL-led educational initiatives, webinars, and peer-to-peer programs that promote clinical excellence and highlight the value of our General Imaging Ultrasound solutions
Support KOLs in publishing clinical data, presenting at conferences, and participating in advisory boards to enhance product credibility and visibility
Serve as a conduit between the field and internal teams by gathering insights from KOLs to inform product development, messaging, and sales strategies
Attend and support all major national tradeshows and generate opportunities for strategic GE HealthCare stakeholders and our KOL’s to meet
Remain current on clinical trends and procedures
Qualification
Required
+6 years ultrasound sales and/or clinical experience
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while successfully managing competing priorities
Strong strategic thinker with the ability to formulate, develop, and execute strategy
Demonstrated experience delivering complex information and modifying messaging based on audience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Preferred
Master's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant scientific or clinical discipline
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems, lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, and execute programs. Established project management skills
Desire to work in an open, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
Product Marketing experience is desirable
Previous experience developing and managing Key Opinion Leaders is highly preferred
