Responsibilities

Represent the Paul Davis core values by demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and respect in every customer and team interaction
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for property owners, insurance partners, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure full compliance with Paul Davis policies, procedures, safety standards, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain clear, proactive communication with Foremen, In-House Tradesmen, Estimators, and Project Coordinators to align schedules, progress, and deliverables
Partner closely with a Project Coordinator to ensure all project documentation, contracts, and compliance forms are accurate and completed on time
Collaborate with insurance representatives and property owners to provide updates, manage expectations, and ensure timely resolution of all restoration-related matters
Review, approve, and oversee all project estimates and scopes of work for accuracy and efficiency
Manage projects from $100,000 to $500,000, ensuring completion within budget, scope, and quality standards
Achieve key operational metrics, including Sales, Gross Margin, Job Closings, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals
Track and analyze performance metrics during bi-weekly goal-setting and review meetings to drive continuous improvement
Confirm budgets, work orders, and resource allocations prior to project kickoff to ensure proper alignment and profitability
Build and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, vendors, and industry partners to enhance performance and collaboration
Foster positive interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment between field operations, estimating, and administrative teams
Regularly assess work quality, accuracy, and compliance to uphold the Paul Davis standard of excellence

Required

Minimum 7+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial construction, restoration, or project management
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record required
Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer service orientation
Highly organized and detail-driven, with strong time management and follow-through
Demonstrated ability to lead, collaborate, and build positive relationships with cross-functional teams, clients, and trade partners
Positive, proactive, and professional attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and high performance
Ability to lift and carry 5–40 lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. occasionally
Capable of standing, walking, climbing, balancing, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, stooping, and reaching for extended periods (8+ hours per day)
Ability to work in confined spaces and adapt to various physical environments
Comfortable working in outdoor conditions with exposure to weather extremes, including heat, cold, rain, or snow
Tolerance for varying noise levels, ranging from moderate to loud, depending on the job site and equipment
Ability to remain stationary (standing or sitting) for prolonged periods, as well as move frequently between work sites
Frequent repetitive motions involving wrists, hands, and fingers while using tools or equipment
Skilled in operating machinery, power tools, vehicles, or heavy equipment safely and effectively
Willingness to participate in after-hours or on-call work, including emergency response when needed

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience accepted
