Responsibilities
Work closely with our program director to coordinate curriculum development and evaluation, resident evaluation and remediation processes, residency recruitment, grant development, resident scholarly activities, and residency budget and policy development
Dedicated to administrative duties- at least 0.2 FTE time
Clinical activities related to teaching and the practice of medicine with work schedule/call responsibilities dependent on the position- ambulatory/inpatient
Foster a collaborative model of practice to promote the growth and success of the Dignity Health Medical Group, CUEVA, and CRMC/MGMC as a whole

Qualification
Required
Practicing Internal Medicine physician with an interest in academic medicine looking toward future leadership. (Will consider new fellowship grad or chief resident)
Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO)
Completion of an ACGME accredited residency
Active Board Certification in Internal Medicine by the ABIM
Minimum of one year teaching experience in an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to resident education and mentorship
Knowledge of ACGME requirements and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Prior experience in Scholarly Activity/Quality Improvement
