Sr Director, Key Accounts
Otis Elevator Co. is a leading elevator and escalator manufacturing company, and they are seeking a Sr Director for their Key Accounts team. The role focuses on maintaining and expanding relationships with strategic clients while overseeing sales planning, pipeline management, and team leadership.

Responsibilities
Build Key Account Management (KAM) model and set strategy
Lead and manage Key Account forecast process
Evaluate and distribute sales plans
Educate Consultants and other KA Partners on new products and technologies (Digital Products, New Products and service offerings)
Build new proactive relationships with consultants, architects, GCs, developers, property managers, and building owners
Manage the Key Account team
Manage the KA Pipeline for Future Opportunities
Monitor sales activities and performance including KA pipeline health management for future opportunities
Host customer and consultant advisory board sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred - supplemented by 10+ years of sales, general management, and/or business development experience
Experience managing P&L beneficial, but not required
Successful track record with presenting and interacting with senior leaders
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects, programs, and objectives and managing the interests of multiple stakeholders
Excellent strategic problem solving and financial modeling skills
Strong research skills using a wide variety of primary and secondary sources
Proven team player that is able to motivate colleagues with competing priorities
