Responsibilities

Develop detailed project schedules and action plans with measurable milestones and deliverables
Manage complex, multi-layered project plans, balancing parallel initiatives to achieve strategic targets
Oversee projects with a focus on schedule, cost, quality, scope, and risk. Imparting project management expertise
Monitor progress proactively and predictively, assessing impacts on high-level and sub-level milestones
Lead teams in creating and executing recovery plans for missed targets
Identify critical resources and coordinate across multiple business functions to ensure alignment and performance
Communicate business strategies and plans across all organizational levels
Coach team members to drive buy-in and performance toward desired outcomes
Create project visuals and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Provide clear, concise status updates to senior and executive leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or an applicable technical field
5 years in program or project management experience, preferably in a manufacturing, technology, or market-based field
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under pressure

Preferred

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
