Responsibilities

Design and implement large enterprise LAN/WAN and unified communications solutions
Collaborate with project teams to refine requirements and deliver networking solutions
Provide tier-3 technical support for network and UC issues
Create and maintain comprehensive technical design documentation
Assist Solutions Architects with technology evaluations and vendor selection
Support operations teams through service transition and process development

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience managing and supporting large enterprise network environments
Advanced knowledge of IP routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF) and TCP/IP
Hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches (6500/4500/Nexus series)
Expertise in network security technologies (Cisco Sourcefire, FTD, Zscaler, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto NGFWs, Meraki, Cisco ACI, SilverPeak SD-WAN)
Experience with S2S VPN configuration and maintenance
Proficiency with packet capture tools (Wireshark) and network performance analysis
Strong experience with SolarWinds
