Responsibilities

Dependability- Consistency in accomplishing tasks/ education with minimal supervision

Teamwork- team relationship with peers and departments. Maintain a positive attitude and consideration for co-workers and departments

Communication- demonstrates the ability to communicate professionally in a clear manner with all staff members. Relays messages accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner

Accountability- completes all required education on time. Always conducts self in a professional manner at Bayhealth

Compassion and respect- displays compassion and kindness to all customers. Engages in respectful conversations with customers and staff

Abides by all infection prevention polices and OSHA regulations

Receives a passing on final evaluation

All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of job responsibilities
