Washington Gas is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Administrative Partner to support their Senior Vice President of Regulatory Affairs and leadership team. This role involves managing complex calendars, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless operations for a critical business function.

Manage complex calendars, anticipate conflicts, and adjust quickly to changes

Monitor deadlines, flag potential issues early, and ensure priorities are met

Prepare reports, handle data entry, and manage invoices and expense reports

Arrange business travel, schedule hearings, and organize offsite meetings and workshops

Develop polished PowerPoint presentations and slide decks

Support broader leadership team and cross-functional initiatives as the role evolves

Required
