Responsibilities
Enter and process all Sales Representative replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency
Manage material transactions between sub-inventories, ensuring smooth and timely movement of products
Handle inventory returns, shipments, and field transfers while maintaining clear documentation
Monitor product and workflow issues, troubleshoot where possible, and escalate concerns when needed
Support ongoing operational efficiency by identifying areas for improvement and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and field partners to ensure updates are timely and customer-focused
Maintain a high standard of inventory accuracy through regular checks, cycle counts, and proper use of WMS/ERP tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order, shipping, or return-related issues
Uphold safety and compliance standards while supporting day-to-day field operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred
Warehouse/Inventory Control experience
Associate's degree
