Responsibilities
Monitor network management systems and coordinate with telecommunications providers to restore services
Track, document, and update incident details accurately in incident management tools
Diagnose and resolve basic to moderate system and network issues within defined scope
Support high availability Internet Protocol networks, messaging systems, and data communication systems
Troubleshoot system performance issues and escalate complex problems as needed
Collaborate with senior team members to resolve customer-impacting incidents
Apply established processes and procedures while exercising sound judgment
Participate in network configuration, deployment, and solution design activities
Analyze issues and provide clear guidance to customers with strong attention to detail
Train across multiple Network Operations Center functions over a structured onboarding period
Deliver consistent customer service while managing multiple tasks and priorities
Support overnight operations, including weekends and holidays as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Network Plus certification
Knowledge of Transmission Control Protocol and Internet Protocol networking concepts
Understanding of information technology service management and incident management practices
Experience troubleshooting network hardware and routing devices
Familiarity with routing and redundancy protocols
One to two years of relevant network or systems support experience
Preferred
Associate degree in a technical discipline
Cisco Certified Network Associate certification
Experience with incident tracking and monitoring tools
Familiarity with enterprise productivity and service management platforms
