New Grad, Entry LevelNavy Exchange Service Command is seeking a personable Sales Associate in Silverdale, WA to support the local Naval community. This role involves engaging with customers, directing them to merchandise, and providing exceptional customer service while handling transactions using a Point-of-Sales system.

Responsibilities
Proactively engages, connects and listens to customers by asking questions to determine customers’ needs
Directing customers to merchandise; informing them about upcoming events, promotions, mobile offers, STAR card promotions all while providing premier customer service
Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer
Qualification
Required
Must possess the knowledge and skills necessary to perform job duties
Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
Available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Using a Point-of-Sales system, processing cash exchanges, discounts, gift cards, credit cards, debit cards (cash handling) including counting money and returning accurate amounts to customer
