New Grad, Entry LevelKDM is seeking skilled Bindery Operators to join their production team in Norcross, GA. This role supports a wide range of bindery and finishing operations, involving the operation of various equipment to produce high-quality printed products.

Responsibilities
Operate bindery and finishing equipment such as guillotines, die cutters, I-cut systems, laminators, and related machinery
Set up and run jobs to meet quality standards, tolerances, and production schedules
Read and interpret job tickets prior to production and throughout the job
Inspect finished pieces to ensure quality and accuracy
Load, unload, and handle materials and finished products (up to 50 lbs.)
Complete required documentation related to time, materials, and quality control
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all SOPs, safety, PPE, and 6S requirements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with guillotine cutting, die cutting, I-cutting, or laminating
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness and availability to work overtime as needed
Preferred
Background in POP Graphics Industry
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills
Forklift or material-handling experience
