Sr Account Manager
Robert Half is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead complex, high-visibility marketing initiatives for a portfolio of mission-driven and highly regulated clients. The role involves serving as the primary client partner, balancing strategic guidance, operational oversight, and team leadership while helping clients navigate evolving marketing landscapes and performance insights.
Responsibilities
Own senior-level client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
Develop a deep understanding of client goals, audiences, constraints, and operating environments
Translate data, performance metrics, and insights into clear, proactive recommendations
Anticipate client needs and guide decision-making with thoughtful, solutions-oriented counsel
Support retention and growth through consistent value delivery and strategic foresight
Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of project and campaign execution
Facilitate kickoffs, align internal stakeholders, and produce clear strategic and executional briefs
Manage scopes, budgets, timelines, and resourcing with precision and accountability
Ensure quality, consistency, and excellence across all deliverables
Partner with creative and strategic leadership to present work and recommendations
Oversee multi-channel marketing initiatives including branding, digital, web, social, media, and content
Support performance-driven and interactive marketing efforts with a strong understanding of optimization and analytics
Identify opportunities to evolve strategy, expand scope, or introduce new platforms and approaches
Maintain clear visibility into revenue pacing, forecasts, and account health
Apply a working understanding of AI-enabled marketing tools, audience insights, automation, and optimization techniques
Stay current on evolving digital platforms, performance trends, and marketing methodologies
Bring curiosity, adaptability, and continuous learning to every engagement
Qualification
Required
Seeking candidates local to the south NJ area
Demonstrated experience managing accounts within complex or highly regulated environments
Strong digital marketing fluency across paid media, web, social, analytics, and emerging platforms
Comfortable interpreting performance data and turning insights into action
Proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships
Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Confident, steady leader who can manage complexity and guide teams effectively
Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
