Front Office Assistant
Kansas Preferred Insurance Group is expanding and is in search of a detail-oriented and personable insurance office assistant to support their agents. The main responsibilities include answering phone calls, checking emails, processing paperwork, and scheduling appointments to ensure excellent service for clients.
Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails from customers promptly and direct inquiries to the appropriate department to ensure client satisfaction
Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to help our office run smoothly
Gathering information from current and potential clients
Maintaining insurance records and preparing documents
Update our database regularly to make sure we have current customer information readily available
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization skills and good work ethic are required
Preferred
Experience in the insurance industry with a Property & Casualty license is preferred
Familiarity with insurance terminology and Ezlynx management system
