Controls Engineer
Clarios is a leading company in energy storage solutions, and they are seeking a Controls Engineer to join their Automation & Controls Engineering team. The role focuses on delivering robust control system designs, implementing PLC programming, and optimizing existing systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Deliver robust control system designs that meet production requirements and safety standards
Successfully implement PLC programming and Allen Bradley system integration with minimal downtime
Maintain accurate technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Proactively troubleshoot and optimize existing systems to improve efficiency
Support commissioning and start-up of new equipment with zero safety incidents
Provide effective training and technical support to plant personnel, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Proven experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting
Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
Preferred
Experience integrating new technologies into legacy systems
Familiarity with data analysis tools for process improvement
Ability to read and interpret complex technical diagrams and schematics
