The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports Precision's recruitment efforts by managing job requisitions, coordinating recruitment activities, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end job requisitions in SuccessFactors, including approvals, postings, and updates
Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening, reference checks, interview scheduling, and interviewing
Support hiring managers with interview materials, templates, and recruitment best practices
Prepare job offers, coordinate peer reviews, support negotiations, and hand off signed offers to HR Business Partners for onboarding
Coordinate and support campus recruitment initiatives and employer branding/marketing efforts
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and provide responsive customer service to managers, employees, and vendors
Demonstrate strong organization, communication, follow-through, and flexibility while supporting HRIS and cross-functional projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Degree in Human Resources
Customer service experience is required
Administrative experience would be an asset
