Responsibilities

Drive Operational Excellence : Lead process improvement action plans and serve as a key member of the system upgrade team to enhance efficiency across the Iron Mountain Government Solutions business

Facilitate Market Intelligence and Growth : Research industry and competitor news to develop actionable plans, while maintaining the Account Plan Dashboard and "Win Wall" to track organizational success

Manage Financial and Office Operations : Oversee overhead investments and monthly Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking, including forecasting expenses based on Purchase Orders (POs) and processing team expenses

Required

Professional experience in financial analysis, business/sales support, market/competitive analysis, or business process redesign

Strong technical proficiency in Google Office Suite, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word, with a desire to learn Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Salesforce

Proven ability in organizational cadence, demonstrating the capacity to drive tasks across multiple priorities and diverse teams through strong written and verbal communication

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
