Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls as back up

Perform personal lines administrative duties as needed

Learn and assist with MA registry forms and processes

Partner with PL Account Managers to service existing customers as needed

Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Manage customer inquiries and follow up as needed

Work and monitor a daily task list

Effectively and accurately document all correspondence in our Client Management System

Participate as a team member in a fast-paced, growing environment open to continuous improvement and training

Required

High school or bachelor's degree
