Responsibilities

You will play a vital role in providing essential clerical support to our vehicle maintenance, auto body damage and fleet services departments

Your duties will include managing inventory, processing purchase and repair orders, handling invoices, managing accounts payable and receivables, and depending on the location, ordering automotive parts, tools, and other necessary supplies

Additionally, you will be responsible for answering phones and effectively communicating with both internal and external parties

This role may also involve assisting with onboarding and training, as well as providing valuable clerical support to the on-site manager

Qualification

Microsoft OfficeClerical ExperienceAuto Parts KnowledgeVerbal CommunicationWritten Communication

Required

Valid Driver's License

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Excel, Word)

Willingness to occasionally work outside or near a mechanical shop with moderate noise

Flexibility to work various shifts

Minimum 1 year experience in office clerical work

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently, enter, exit and drive a variety of vehicles and type

Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Preferred

Knowledge of auto parts and tools a bonus!
