Actively listen to residential customer inquiries and provide personalized sales solutions related to Verizon's products and services, ensuring a positive and informative experience

Clearly explain the benefits and features of various wireless plans, devices, and accessories, helping customers make informed decisions that best suit their lifestyle and closing each sale with unmatched professionalism and white glove service

Guide customers through the process of setting up new wireless accounts, upgrading existing services, and transferring data, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition

Continuously learn about new technology, service updates, and special offers to accurately inform customers and answer their questions

Provide initial troubleshooting for common device or service problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate support teams when necessary

Ensure all sales are completed correctly, adhering to company policies and procedures

Work diligently to meet and exceed sales goals by proactively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities to offer relevant Verizon solutions

Work effectively with Verizon Wireless Sales Associates and other colleagues to share knowledge, support team initiatives, and foster a productive sales atmosphere
