Senior Account Executive
FinPro is a fast-growth, agentic AI InsurTech platform that is entering its next phase of commercial expansion. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to win new enterprise and mid-market customers across the insurance ecosystem and drive continued new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities
Winning new enterprise and mid-market customers across the insurance ecosystem
Owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through to close
Working closely with product, leadership, and customer teams
Selling a sophisticated, agentic AI platform that supports underwriting, operations, and decision-making inside insurance organisations
Contributing to shaping the go-to-market motion as the company scales
Helping refine messaging, identify ideal customer profiles, and share feedback from the field to influence product direction
Qualification
Required
Prior experience selling InsurTech or adjacent B2B SaaS solutions into insurance markets
Comfortable navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Ability to engage with senior buyers across underwriting, operations, data, and technology
Strong commercial judgement
Consultative selling skills
Ability to articulate complex value propositions to senior insurance stakeholders
Self-directed
Commercially sharp
Motivated by growth, ownership, and impact
Preferred
Experience selling AI-led or analytics-driven platforms
Practical insurance domain knowledge
