Responsibilities

Provide leadership, management through influence, and in-person/ virtual interactions with customers to educate them on key components of our Strategy, and our value proposition, and drive adoption of programs that improve customers’ operational and clinical performance
Facilitate communication/execution of customer results, McKesson results, future initiatives and planning
Work collaboratively with the Community and Retail pharmacy field team to retain business for McKesson and Health Mart Atlas
Create working relationship with select Community and Retail customers and provide quarterly business reviews and supporting data and reports that demonstrates the value and drives action with customer
Maintain regular communication with the field and Health Mart Atlas sales teams. Serve as a SME, and participate in regional meetings/calls to provide training, follow-up, best practice communication/execution, customer results, Health Mart Atlas initiatives and planning
Increase the Health Mart Atlas network satisfaction resulting in customer retention, company profitability and pharmacy growth
Analyze store performance and conduct targeted pharmacy support calls /visits to provide education, feedback, guidance and training in order to impact overall business results

Required

Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
4-year degree or equivalent experience
4+ years in business or sales experience
Working knowledge of the retail pharmacy business and the managed care space (i.e. Pharmacy Benefit Management, Narrow Networks, MAC pricing)
Excellent project management, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Ability to manage through influence and manage and navigate a large geography
Excellent organizational skills, excellent communication skills (verbal/written), and management skills

Preferred

Field experience with a national or regional sales team or inside home office experience a plus
Existing Account Management Experience a plus
