Responsibilities
Provide daily support and guidance to Sales Specialists
Monitor lead flow, response times, and assignment distribution
Conduct call and file audits to ensure quality and compliance with firm standards
Coach team members to improve call quality, documentation, and conversion rates
Assist with onboarding, training, and peer development activities
Prepare and report sales performance metrics and trends
Serve as a point of escalation for sales questions or complex client situations
Model professionalism, empathy, and firm values in all interactions
Perform other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, intake, customer service, call center, or client-facing roles
Demonstrated experience meeting or exceeding performance goals or metrics
Ability to support, coach, and guide peers in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with an understanding of consultative or service-based sales
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
Comfort working with performance metrics and goals
Strong organization and time-management skills
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentiality
Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience providing informal leadership, mentoring, coaching, or acting as a team resource preferred
Prior experience in a law firm, personal injury practice preferred
Leadership/management is a nice to have
