Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk—greet and check in members with a positive, professional attitude
Answer phone calls, schedule gym tours, and support member inquiries
Book intro personal training sessions and help drive membership interest
Learn and operate our POS system for retail, memberships, and transactions (cash and credit)
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performance training space
Collaborate with other gym personnel and leadership to ensure a smooth member experience
Take ownership of weekend and closing shifts, ensuring gym operations run efficiently
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, engaging personality with a passion for fitness and people
1+ year of experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the fitness industry
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn POS software
Strong communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
High school diploma or equivalent required
