Responsibilities
Translate annuity business strategies into clear system requirements
Drive enhancements for fixed, indexed, and variable annuity features
Partner with developers and testers to ensure flawless delivery
Support client training, implementation, and post-go-live success
Ensure solutions comply with NAIC/SEC regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven Business Analyst experience in life insurance/annuities
Deep expertise in annuity products: fixed, indexed, variable, immediate
Strong client-facing skills and collaborative communication style
Excellent work ethic and problem-solving mindset
Understanding of system logic (illustrations, commissions, benefits, reporting)
Ensure solutions comply with NAIC/SEC regulations
Preferred
Industry designations (FLMI, ALMI, CLU, ChFC, CFA, RICP)
Bonus: Agile or project management certification
