4-7 years of law firm experience, handling all phases of litigation, from pre-litigation counseling through discovery and trial
Experience with all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery [including large e-discovery projects], taking and defending depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
Excellent academic credentials
Admission to the New York or Illinois bars, or ability to become admitted
