Local Strategy Development: Partner with DSMs to create and execute market-specific plans to enhance sales, customer satisfaction, and service offerings. Strategies may target specific products, customer segments, or network improvements

Service Network Management: Recruit, train, and maintain a network of service providers to ensure expert repairs and coverage for Hayward products

Customer Engagement: Strengthen dealer relationships through proactive site visits, technical training, and problem resolution. Address escalated issues to maintain customer trust

Training & Feedback: Conduct targeted training sessions and provide feedback to enhance product reliability, performance, and innovation

Performance Review: Regularly assess market strategies with DSMs, identify gaps, and adjust plans to achieve goals
