Responsibilities

Accurately distribute correspondence to external customers

Compile and Construct data for reporting for monthly accessorial updates. Communicate with people within and outside of the organization (answer questions, address concerns, resolve basic problems, etc.)

Compile, copy, sort, and maintain files and records

Distribute/Track outgoing correspondence to external customers for return compliance

Maintain a working knowledge of organization and/or department procedures to ensure quality results

Maintain/Retrieve/Manage information for efficiency, accuracy, and quality results. Process, sort, and route outgoing mail

Provide administrative support to the department by resolving problems, maintaining workflow, and compiling information

Compile and construct data for reporting for monthly accessorial updates. Understand and implement administrative systems, procedures, policies, and practices
