Qualification
Required
Customer service skills, including ability to assist and communicate effectively with clients
Experience in optical sales, eyewear selection, and knowledge of optical products and services
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including managing appointments and handling records
Proficiency with inventory management and order processing systems
Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues
Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities to meet customer needs
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Previous experience in an optical or healthcare setting is a plus
Additional training or certification is an advantage
