The role involves responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly, accurately and professionally to customer inquires
Order parts using on - line parts manuals, engineering prints, and photographs
Expedite and follow-up on customer orders
Coordinate with buyer for special part purchases
Prepare parts sales quotes
Process warranty claims, setup warranty codes and determine appropriate code for the claim
Deny inappropriate warranty claims
Locate appropriate service center and coordinate repair of truck
Communicate issue to Technical Engineering support for solution
Determine and enter vendor chargeback
Negotiate and reduce invoices
Support NHTSA recalls by sending out appropriate parts
Communicate warranty concerns to Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales
Support monthly warranty meetings with Manufacturing to communicate top warranty issues

Qualification

Customer service skillsMS Office proficiencyCommunication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

HS Diploma or GED required
Strong customer service skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficient with MS Office applications

Preferred

Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred
