Responsibilities

Assist Facilities Project Managers with day-to day project coordination

Support Planning and tracking of facilities projects and other initiatives

Support preventive and corrective maintenance tracking and documentation

Help coordinate work orders and follow up with internal teams and external vendors

Participate in facility audits related to safety, cleanliness, and compliance

Help prepare project documentation including, schedule, budget, scope documents and report

Track action items, change orders, and project milestones

Maintain project files and update project tracker

Required

Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree, preferably in Facilities, Building Engineer, Real Estate, Finance, Business, or Data Analytics

Advanced Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

High attention to detail and strong organizational, analytical and communication skills

Strong project and time management skills to drive cross functional and ambitious plans into actionable business outcomes

A critical thinker, nimble with financial and non-financial analysis, with a focus on concrete and quantitative or qualitative back-up for positions taken

Ability to embrace change and adapt to evolving business needs

Written communication skills include the ability to create PowerPoint decks and write content for reports, social postings, and policies

Verbal communication skills include the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with operating partners, vendors, and other internal teams, as well as effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external stakeholders

Team player with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and drive to further ESG programs

Inspires and builds trust among teams and internal and external stakeholders
