Responsibilities

Partner closely with recruiters and stakeholders to coordinate and schedule complex interviews across different departments, hiring managers, and time zones

Act as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding interview logistics, providing clear and timely communication to ensure a world-class candidate experience

Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy

Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations

Support various hiring projects by helping to track candidate pipelines and ensuring the smooth progression of candidates through the interview process

Identify opportunities for improving recruiting operations and process efficiency to enhance the overall hiring journey

Required

Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums

Preferred

Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience

2+ years of recruiting experience within the tech industry

A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and internal stakeholders

A passion for the technology industry and a strong ability to embrace and adapt to change in a dynamic environment
