Review and prepare case summaries in order to advise Board Members on the merits of Administrative Law Judge’s decisions and case appeals

Required

Must possess active membership in the California State Bar
Candidates with limited or extensive experience are encouraged to apply
In addition to participating in an oral interview, candidates will be asked to complete a written exercise
Completed applications and all required documents must be received or postmarked by the Final Filing Date in order to be considered
Applicants must meet the Minimum Qualifications stated in the Classification Specification(s)
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov
