3+ years expgpac is partnering with a well-established defense firm to seek an experienced Workers' Compensation Associate Attorney to join its successful litigation practice. This role involves defending workers' compensation claims, managing a caseload, and engaging in various legal processes such as depositions and mediations.

Responsibilities
Defend workers' compensation claims for employers and carriers across a wide range of industries
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, medical providers, and experts
Represent clients in mediations and hearings before the administrative commission
Draft motions, briefs, discovery responses, and case assessments
Perform legal and medical analysis to develop case strategy
Attend hearings and negotiate settlements
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, adjusters, risk managers, and internal team members
Provide ongoing reports, updates, and clear communication to clients
Qualification
Required
3-6 years of Workers' Compensation Defense Litigation experience
Licensed in Pennsylvania
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Organized, motivated, and proactive in case strategy
Preferred
Strong writing skills
Deposition and mediation experience
