EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT II - FOUNDATION
Cooper University Health Care is committed to providing extraordinary health care and is seeking an Executive Assistant II for their Foundation. The role involves maintaining and entering data, scheduling, correspondence management, and assisting with events and functions for the Cooper Foundation.

Responsibilities
Maintain and enter data into Foundation bases, including email list management and Raiser’s Edge donor tracking software
Assures proper scheduling, correspondence (includes voice mail, phone calls, letters and Memos) and follow up on assignments
Prepares documentation and material for meetings
Assures proper handling of letters, memos and mail
Assist with Cooper Foundation events and functions
Complete all other duties as assigned by President of Cooper Foundation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative support role
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Preferred
Some college preferred
