Responsibilities
Lead new/forward model product development
Design, develop, validate, and release components, assemblies, and systems
Create, complete, and approve the Design Verification Plan and Report (DVP&R)
Use Catia v5 to create 3D CAD and 2D Drawings
Develop, support, and maintain key quality documents (EBOM, DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plan)
Support the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Lead and support team and customer meetings
Ensure a strong relationship with our operations team and complete Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
Lead and support Technical Design Reviews
Qualification
Required
Must be proficient in Catia V5.0
GD&T
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc)
Ability to communicate to a broad audience
Creative Problem Solving
Preferred
