They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their US manufacturing facilities by processing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, and collaborating with procurement teams.

Responsibilities

Accounts payable processing – vouchering, approvals, and payments

Track supplier rebate accruals

Monitor received not invoiced reports to keep current

Work with procurement team on identifying opportunities to leverage AGI buying power

Assist with customer invoicing and accounts receivable functions as needed

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow-up with customers as needed

Preparing, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and recommend solutions

Develop measures to encourage timely processing

Assist with internal and external audit support requests

Qualification

Accounts payable processingMicrosoft Dynamics AXOracle FusionMicrosoft OfficeData analysis

Required

Associates Degree in Business Administration or similar, or comparable work experience

3 years of experience in similar field

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint

Preferred

Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or Oracle Fusion experience a plus
