JLL is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services, seeking a dynamic Analyst to join their Investment Sales Advisory Team within JLL Capital Markets. The Analyst will provide strategic real estate solutions, conduct market research, assist in financial analysis, and play a critical role in the sales of office, life sciences, land, and equity placement opportunities.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and market trends

Prepare financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies

Responsible for complex financial modeling of commercial real estate transactions and utilize market and JLL data / comps to correctly underwrite a transaction

Prepare pitch decks (“BOVs”), investment sales advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling and composition of executive summaries

Collaborate with the Capital Markets team to develop comprehensive client presentations, investment proposals, client packages and develop and recommend financing alternatives

Assist in the due diligence process and be the driving force in working through the marketing and closing processes for each transaction, and be in constant communication with the Producer, the market and the Client

Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and market conditions to provide up-to-date insights and recommendations to clients and team members

Understand and review real estate documents (leases, loan documents, appraisals, etc.)

Participate in weekly office meetings with Producers to discuss deal flow, deal status, market conditions and review new client leads
