They are seeking an entry-level Associate Attorney to join the General Liability group in their Philadelphia Office, responsible for handling a wide range of general liability and defense litigation matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex legal and factual issues and conduct well-reasoned legal research

Draft pleadings, answer written discovery, take depositions, and participate in arbitrations and trials

Communicate with clients, the court, witnesses, opposing counsel, and co-counsel while adhering to all deadlines

Ability to travel for court, client meetings, etc

Flexibility to work remotely with a willingness to come into the Philadelphia office as needed
