Payroll Tax Assistant - AZ - On Site

The Payroll Tax Assistant will primarily provide administrative support for the Payroll Tax department, ensuring excellent customer service and assisting with various tasks related to payroll tax operations.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to all internal & external stakeholders (phone, email, in-person)

Complete daily check payment mailings

Assist with tax data entry

Sort and distribute all daily incoming mail

Special project assistance as needed

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft OfficePayroll tax experienceAttention to detailOrganizational skillsTeamwork

Required

Preferred

Payroll tax experience preferred, but not required

PEO or Multi-State experience a plus
