They are seeking a Vice President of Finance to oversee the full lifecycle of projects, including site diligence, underwriting, loan closing, and construction management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction and permanent loan closings

Coordinate with lenders, counsel, consultants, and internal teams through closing

Review and analyze loan documents, term sheets, and financing structures

Track loan covenants, reserves, and post-closing obligations

Assist with underwriting new development opportunities

Maintain detailed development and operating financial models

Ad-hoc analysis

Assist with asset management during construction, lease-up, and stabilization

Track budgets, draws, schedules, and performance against underwriting

Monitor project-level financial performance and variance analyses

Support reporting to lenders and equity partners

Support equity raises and capital structuring

Prepare investor materials, memos, and performance updates

Interface with investors and partners as needed

Assist with responses to investor diligence requests

Conduct market research and competitive analyses

Analyze rents, absorption, operating expenses, and capital markets trends

Support strategic planning and pipeline evaluation

Perform special projects and analyses as needed across the platform

Support ownership with real-time financial and strategic insights
