Responsibilities
Own full-stack product features from design through production
Build scalable backend services using Node.js (Express) and Python
Develop modern, high-performance frontends using React
Implement 3D visualization features using Three.js / WebGL
Design APIs, data models, and system architectures using clean design principles
Partner closely with AI, robotics, product, and commercial teams
Debug performance issues and optimize rendering, data, and API pipelines
Contribute to shared codebases and raise engineering quality through reviews and collaboration
Qualification
Required
Typically 5–10+ years of experience building and shipping production software
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and React
Experience with 3D graphics technologies (Three.js, WebGL, shaders, or similar)
Solid system design skills across data modeling, APIs, and UI/UX tradeoffs
Experience working with MongoDB and Redis (or similar databases)
Hands-on experience deploying and operating applications in AWS (or equivalent cloud platforms)
Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Experience with BIM or construction technology workflows
Familiarity with monorepo architectures (Nx, Lerna)
Experience integrating with Autodesk platforms (Revit, APS/Forge)
Proficiency using the AWS SDK
Background working on complex, data-rich, or real-time systems
