RF Systems Engineer, Senior

Responsibilities
The Principal RF Systems Engineer will be responsible for working with customers on system requirements flow down, develop design concepts, perform system performance analysis, work with fabricators to build and test hardware
Opportunities also exist to grow in the radar system design and analysis field
Focus areas for these radar systems include:
Electromagnetic filed analysis
RF PCB design and performance characterization
Phased Array antenna Technology
Statistical and Numerical Analysis of Radar Performance Data
Integration and test of large assemblies
Model Based System Engineering Development
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in electrical engineering
6+ years of experience with RF design, development, and analysis
Experience interfacing with customers and lead technical solutions to user requirements
Modeling and simulation of system designs to demonstrate performance
Prior experience with DoD RF system Design and Development Programs
Experience leading a multi-disciplined, technical team with the ability to develop, and empower
