Implementation Manager

Responsibilities
Lead Customer Onboarding: Manage a structured onboarding process and own the initial experience for new customers, serving as their primary point of contact
Project Management: Set clear expectations, define success plans, and manage multiple, concurrent implementation projects to ensure they are completed on-time and align with customer goals
Technical Configuration: Become a deep expert in the Barti platform, guiding customers through technical setup, system configuration, and data migration
User Training & Enablement: Conduct comprehensive training sessions (remote and occasionally in-person) to promote self-service and drive strong initial product adoption
Process Improvement: Contribute to process development and improvement efforts. Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience and our operational efficiency
Serve as a Customer Advocate: Proactively anticipate customer needs, mitigate project risks with clear communication, and act as the primary internal champion for an exceptional post-sale experience
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a customer-facing, technical role such as Customer Success Manager, Implementation, Professional Services, Technical Account Management, or Project Management
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a knack for simplifying complex topics
Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A self-driven and proactive mindset. You are adaptable, responsible, resilient, and eager to contribute to the team's vision
Experience with CRM or project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, Jira, HubSpot)
Preferred
Prior optician, office manager, or technician experience in an eye care setting
1-2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
A proven track record of handling difficult customer situations or implementation escalations
Willingness to travel to provide in-person support for events, customers, and partners as needed
