Responsibilities

You will drive seamless integration of advanced equipment and robotics, including programming and operator/engineer training at customer sites
Support operational success by assisting with assembly, setup, and testing of custom and ancillary equipment
You will collaborate on critical reviews, actively participating in Design Reviews, Process Hazard Analyses, and Engineering Management of Change meetings
Empower customers through knowledge, delivering comprehensive training that enhances safety, efficiency, and confidence
Foster continuous improvement, contributing to the development of engineering standards, tools, and best practices within the team

Required

Bachelor's degree in a technical field
2-5 years in industrial controls, automation, or robotics
Ability to create mechanical and electrical drawings, including wiring and plumbing schematics
Advanced troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose process I/O and robot communication issues
Experience in managing end-to-end field projects with minimum supervision
Willingness to travel as needed: up to 35% from Concord (typically 20%), or up to 70% (typically 50%) from other sites or remote locations
