ASSOCIATE ACCOUNTING ANALYST
Caltrans District 3 is part of the Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), which supports California’s health care safety net. The Associate Accounting Analyst will prepare complex cash flow reports and analyze financial trends to assist in fiscal forecasting and management.

Responsibilities
Preparing complex Cash Flow reports for Fiscal Forecasting and upper/senior management on a monthly/quarterly basis
Analyzing and researching the trends and transaction variances from the expected results including expenditures, reimbursements, Inter-Government Transfers (IGT), Certified Public Expenditures and Fund Transfers
Providing essential assistance to special projects and the day-to-day functions of Fiscal
Contributing to the unit’s ability to successfully analyze, plan, and advise in the areas of accounting and fiscal forecasting
Qualification
Required
Current version of the State Examination/Employment Application STD Form 678 (when not applying electronically), or the Electronic State Employment Application through your Applicant Account at www.CalCareers.ca.gov.
