Responsibilities
Design, build, and configure scalable Workfront functionality including custom forms, templates, dashboards, approval processes, and layout templates
Define and implement best practices for Workfront configuration and enterprise workflow management
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support and training
Manage integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems using Adobe Workfront Fusion or similar platforms
Utilize APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency
Conduct discovery sessions, gather complex business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions aligned with organizational goals
Provide thought leadership on leveraging advanced capabilities, including AI tools, within Workfront
Act as the go-to technical and business authority for Workfront, offering both immediate support and strategic advice
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in Workfront configuration, implementation, and administration
Minimum 2+ years as a Workfront System Administrator or consultant
Expertise in designing and optimizing complex business processes within Workfront
Hands-on experience with integrations and system architecture, including Workfront Fusion
Strong background in configuration and architecture for marketing or growth-focused projects
Ability to work full-time in a hybrid model in NYC
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
Preferred
Adobe Certified Expert – Workfront Core Developer and Workfront Fusion Developer
Adobe Fusion Certification highly desirable
Experience with Adobe AEM, GenStudio, Firefly, or other Adobe Experience Cloud products is a plus
Master's degree preferred
